It's Been a While

What's going on in Shaela's garden?  After my long blogging hiatus, here is a snapshot of a recent harest:

An onion, a few beets, chili peppers, basil, edamame (Yumm!), lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and several strawberry plants that had rooted in the garden path, which I transplanted to the new garden bed next to the driveway.  There was supposed to be one more watermelon in that basket, too, but it had split and didn't seem to be very ripe. 

Overall this was a good year in spite of the late spring.
