Hot peppers strung over my spice rack

I never understood those strings of pepper-shaped Christmas lights before.  Cool.

ETA: I just strung these.  Some frosts a couple weeks ago finally killed my two pepper plants, although the weather recently has been unseasonably warm.  On the 21st of December - the Winter Solstice! - I strapped the boys in and drove over to install some more cardboard at the community garden plot.  When I arrived I realized I'd forgotten to wear a coat.  Rather than drive the 1 mile back to the house to get it I gardened for an hour and a half in a short-sleeved t-shirt!
